Can't Fight The Moonlight - Dalton and Taryn's story. COMING SOON
Dalton and Taryn's story is coming soon!
We met Dalton and Taryn in When Words Are Not Enough.
After her restaurant was burned down, Taryn decided to make the move and follow her best friend, Evie, to Summer Lake. She wasn't expecting that Dalton, The Grouch, would be moving there, too. But since he is, and he's the only person she knows in town, she'll grudgingly hang out with him - when she has to.
He might get on her last nerve - she has no time for or patience with big, bossy men - but for some reason, she keeps seeking him out. It's only because bickering with him is more enjoyable than sitting home alone, that's what she keeps trying to tell herself.
The trouble is, when Evie's friends set her up on a date with another guy, she finally has to admit that bickering with Dalton is more enjoyable than going out with anyone else.
During his career as a Navy SEAL and later, his work in security and protection services, Dalton's seen and done more than most men ever will. He's faced down threats both foreign and domestic, but he's never had to face anything like Taryn before.
The woman is a spitfire. Between her smart mouth and her bad attitude, she drives him nuts. He should stay out of her way. He knows it, but he just can't do it.
It seems that the two of them can't get through a week without bickering and fighting. Dalton's ready to call it quits and head back to Chicago to save his sanity. But a late-night walk home from The Boathouse proves that even though they fight about almost everything, you just can't fight the moonlight.
