Testing the theory.....
With the move of the big technology companies to go to subscription models it is getting harder for independent authors to remain independent! The biggest issue for us is how to get the books to you the reader and make the experience easy enough to want to come back and do it again.
In an attempt to solve this I have joined up with a couple of companies called Payhip (Who take your money for the book and make sure the majority comes to me rather than some technology billionaire!) and a very nice company called Book funnel who handle the process of getting the book delivered to your device and can help you personally if you have any problems getting the book (Unlike some tech companies I could mention!)
Now I know that it isn't as straight forward as using your Amazon account or apple books store (But I think it is getting pretty good now!)
Why don't you see for yourself just pick your Remington book and click its orange buy button.
If you do buy direct from me I will send you a code to get a free book of your choice. Once you have used the book funnel process to get your first book it is pretty much seamless from there on in and hopefully you will buy any new books I write direct from me.
This may not stop the tech Billionaires from taking over the whole planet but it will help me retain some of my independence :)
If you are not sure you can at least get the free download code by testing out the process and setting yourself up for future books and giveaways by buying Mason for $0.10. Yes I know its normally free but at least this way you can see if you want to actually use the process and have it all set up if it works for you while only risking the smallest amount I can charge to get the setup to work.
